Marcelyn A. Stepanski

Marcelyn A. Stepanski is a member of the firm's Board of Directors specializing in state and federal appellate practice and complex brief writing.  She has represented municipalities throughout the State of Michigan and has successfully advocated their interests in all appellate courts in Michigan and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  She concentrates her efforts in the areas of constitutional/civil rights litigation, employment law, police liability defense, zoning and land use, and general municipal law.  Ms. Stepanski also has significant experience in premises liability, products liability, criminal law, and family law. Ms. Stepanski has numerous published cases and hundreds of unpublished cases emanating from state and federal courts.
