Kenneth A. Slusser
Kenneth A. Slusser is a Shareholder in the firm practicing in the area of litigation defense. He has practiced extensively in civil litigation involving all aspects of municipal, business and real estate litigation. More recently, Mr. Slusser has practiced extensively in the area of environmental liability involving all of the federal and state environmental laws, including laws regarding underground storage tanks, wetlands, inland lakes and streams and general environmental liability under the Federal CERCLA Laws and Act 307 of the State of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar and Environmental Law Section.
